My journey began in the small, bustling lanes of Kurawar, where my father, Hemraj Jaiswal, has run Adarsh Kirana since 2005. From an early age I learned the quiet strength of hard work, the importance of keeping one's word, and the value of serving a community — lessons that were taught not in a classroom but at the shop counter beside my father.
Those lessons became the foundation for everything I do. When I founded Adarsh IT Solutions in 2024, I brought with me the same trustworthiness and attention to people that I had seen modeled in our family business. My father remains my pillar of strength and my senior advisor; his steady judgment and business ethics guide our decisions even as we build modern software.
Today, we bridge a 20-year family legacy with a modern vision: to help schools thrive through reliable digital solutions.
